Hello!

I'm Robyne, and I started OT Jobs Australia because I know firsthand how hard it is to find the right Occupational Therapy role or the right OT candidate.

For years I ran my own Occupational Therapy practice. Like most small practice owners, I spent a lot of time and money trying to reach potential employees through job boards that weren't built with our profession in mind. The categories were wrong, the reach was limited, and the cost was hard to justify for a small business. I knew other practice owners were dealing with the same thing.

I also spent many years involved in the OT profession more broadly, including as a director of the OT association, and I hold degrees in law and business alongside my OT qualifications. So when I decided to do something about this problem, I wanted to do it properly.
