Job Boardly acts as a data processor on behalf of The Design Group Creative Pty Limited, providing the technical infrastructure for this job board. Job Boardly’s infrastructure is primarily hosted in the United States via Amazon Web Services and Railway.

Dormant account notification: Before deleting any account under this retention schedule, we will send a warning email to your registered email address notifying you that your account is scheduled for deletion. If you log in within 30 days of that notification, your account will be retained and the retention period will reset. “Activity” means any login, profile update, job application, job posting, or other action taken through your account.
After the applicable retention period, your data is securely deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@otjobsaustralia.com.au.
