About us

About Neurodiverse Playhouse
Neurodiverse Playhouse is a growing, family-centred allied health and therapy organisation supporting neurodivergent children and their families.
We believe that children don't need to be “fixed” to thrive. Our role is to meet children where they are, recognise their individual strengths and differences, and provide meaningful support that helps them participate, connect, learn and build confidence in everyday life. No diagnosis is needed to access our services — we welcome families wherever they are on their journey.
Our Playhouses are designed to feel different from traditional clinical environments. We bring together therapy, movement, play, connection and practical support in welcoming spaces where children and families can feel comfortable being themselves.
Our team includes passionate professionals working across allied health and child development, with a shared commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, family-centred and child-led practice.
Our Team Culture
At Neurodiverse Playhouse, we know that supporting children and families starts with supporting our team.
We are building a workplace where people feel valued, trusted and comfortable bringing their whole selves to work. We believe great outcomes happen when professionals feel supported, connected and empowered to share their knowledge and ideas.
Our culture is collaborative rather than siloed. We value working alongside one another, celebrating different professional perspectives and learning from the collective knowledge and experience within our team.
You can expect:
A warm, welcoming and genuinely supportive team
A collaborative and multidisciplinary approach to supporting children and families
A workplace where your ideas and professional expertise are valued
Opportunities to learn, grow and develop your skills
Leaders who are approachable, involved and invested in their people
A culture that celebrates achievements — big and small
Flexibility and understanding that life exists outside of work
An environment where authenticity, inclusion and individuality are genuinely embraced
We are passionate about creating a workplace that is energetic, kind, innovative and a little bit different. We work hard, care deeply about the families we support and enjoy celebrating the wins along the way.
If you're looking for more than just a job — and want to be part of a team that is building something meaningful for neurodivergent children, young people and their families — we'd love to hear from you.
