OT FOR KIDS is a neuro-affirming paediatric OT practice in Western Sydney, building therapy around the everyday moments that matter. We are a small, close-knit team where asking for help is normal and expected. We say what we mean, with families and with each other, so feedback is honest, expectations are clear and wins get celebrated loudly!
We notice what each person does well, support how they work best and build from there. You be involved with a fun loving team, get regular supervision, ongoing professional development and a clear pathway to grow your career. You will also be trusted to try things.
