Rise OT is a small business providing community based aged care and NDIS services across Brisbane. We have great staff retention due to our people first culture, focussing on clinical independence.
We offer a dynamic hybrid working environment of working from home and completing community based visits. We also have scheduled team meetings (face to face and Zoom), open office opportunities and regular team building to maintain a supportive environment.
