Sunshine Speech & Allied Health (SSAH) is a multidisciplinary clinic in Ballina, NSW, supporting children, adolescents and adults across the Northern Rivers. Our approach is neurodiversity affirming, strengths based and grounded in relationships. We want the people who come to us to feel seen and understood, and our clinicians to feel supported to do thoughtful, practical work.

We’re a team that shares ideas, asks questions and learns together. OTs work alongside speech pathologists and allied health assistants, with a dedicated administration team managing bookings and appointment coordination. Clinicians can choose to build a paediatric, adult or mixed caseload around their interests and strengths.

We know burnout is real. We want to build a sustainable role with the right person, taking their experience, confidence and goals into account. That means weekly one to one supervision and guidance from our OT lead, protected time for notes, monthly internal professional development, a PD budget and a work computer.
