About us
Wildflower Kids Therapy is a family-owned, neurodiversity-affirming paediatric occupational therapy practice in Mudgeeraba on the Gold Coast. We support children aged 2 to 17, many of them autistic, ADHD, AuDHD or with a PDA profile, in clinic, at home, at school and childcare, and by telehealth.
We are small by design. That means a team that backs each other, a shared clinical approach, and time to do the work properly. Everything we do sits on one idea: "When a flower doesn't bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower." We are anti-behaviourist, demand-aware and connection-first, and we screen every family for fit so therapy works for both the child and the clinician.
