The Role

PHSA are seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver assessment and treatment services to adults across various disability and personal injury schemes including Workers Compensation, Comcare, Life Insurance, Dust Disease and Lifetime Care.

This role involves the delivery of Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments only, however, if you prefer a mix of ADL assessments and return-to-work case management, this can also be accommodated.

Requirements: 

• Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
• Minimum 2 years experience within occupational rehabilitation preferred
• Demonstrated skills in ADL assessment, equipment prescription, minor home modifications and service coordination essential
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Class C unrestricted drivers licence – access to own vehicle required
