For 18 years, Grace Therapy has enriched the lives of children and young people with disabilities, learning disorders, and developmental challenges across the Sydney Hills District. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our services and looking for enthusiastic occupational therapists to join the team.

What You’ll Be Part Of
- A team dedicated to working with children adolescents and young adults with complex needs and a variety of disabilities and learning challenges.
- An expanding practice and therapy team

- Dynamic service streams that includes working with neurodivergent disorders, physical disability, brain injury and other neurological disorders.
- Provision of various assessments including; initial needs, functional capacity assessments, home and living assessments and wheelchair assessments.
- Provision of one-to-one therapy, group programs and parent coaching & education.
- Clinic-based, community based and school-based services.
- An established and well-structured organisation with 18 years' experience in the disability sector.

- Receive shoulder-to-shoulder clinical peer mentoring and co-treating opportunities with our Head of Clinical Practice.

Essential Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy – New graduates welcome to apply!
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility prior to commencement).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- National Police Check (Criminal History).
- Current NSW Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
- OT Australia Membership or willing to join
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to connect with children and young people.
- Commitment to professional growth, teamwork, and delivering quality services.

Salary is commensurate with years of experience and working actively as an occupational therapist.
Salary: $78k to $102K
