SPOT Allied Health Hub is a fast-growing regional Allied Health practice delivering Occupational Therapy services to children, young people and adults. We are based in Young, NSW and see clients across the Hilltops region and surrounding communities.

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing team.

The opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a supportive, clinically focused regional practice with access to Occupational Therapists with 20+ years of clinical experience.

Whether you are a new graduate, early-career clinician or experienced Occupational Therapist, you will be supported to develop your clinical skills, work to your strengths and build a caseload aligned with your interests and career goals.

Your caseload will be mixed across paediatric and adult clients, with opportunities to work across clinic, school and community settings.

What we offer

• Competitive salary package, dependent on experience and qualifications
Typical range between $90,000 - $135,000 + bonuses

Clinical areas

Depending on your experience, interests and career goals, your role may include:

• Paediatric Occupational Therapy
• Sensory processing and emotional regulation
• Intellectual and developmental disability
• Psychosocial disability
• Assistive Technology prescription and training
• Home modifications and environmental assessments
• Capacity building and skill development
• Functional assessments and intervention
• NDIS reporting and recommendations

About you

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is:

• Eligible for AHPRA registration
• Passionate about providing high-quality Occupational Therapy
• Motivated to continue developing their clinical skills and knowledge
• A strong communicator who works well collaboratively
• Organised, reliable and able to manage their caseload effectively
• Open to supervision, mentoring and professional development
• Keen to develop their clinical interests and professional career
• Committed to providing practical, person-centred and evidence-based support
