Noahs Haven was built from lived experience - our founder couldn't find the right support for her son, so she created it herself. That's still the standard everything here is measured against.

We're a Bendigo-based NDIS provider growing a team of clinicians who care about the person, not just the plan: grounded in human rights, least restrictive practice, and trauma-informed care, with a real focus on strategies that actually work in people's day-to-day lives.

We don't do corporate distance. You'll be properly supported, genuinely consulted, and held to a high standard, because the people we work with deserve practitioners who are exactly that.

We're flexible on how this role looks. Full-time or part-time, based in Bendigo. What we're not flexible on is experience: we need an OT who already knows the NDIS space and can start making a difference straight away.

The Opportunity

You'll bring a functional, practical lens to how we understand and support participants. Working alongside our Behaviour Support Practitioners, and directly with participants and their support networks in the community.

Day to day, you'll be:

• Conducting functional and sensory assessments
• Recommending home modifications and assistive technology
• Building practical strategies for activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Contributing OT input into Behaviour Support Plans where it's relevant to a participant
• Working alongside families, support workers, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals
• Delivering training and coaching to stakeholders
• Reviewing and adjusting strategies as things change

• Pay that reflects your registration and experience. $80K–$110K (pro rata for part-time), negotiated on what you bring.

Who we're looking for

This is a role built around finding the right person, not filling a job description. The one thing we won't compromise on:

• Demonstrated experience in the NDIS or disability sector - you'll need to be able to run a caseload with minimal ramp-up
• Current AHPRA registration (general, not provisional)
• Strong functional and ADL assessment skills, with the ability to write practical, implementable recommendations
• Confidence managing a full caseload independently
• Comfort working both solo and as part of a team

Highly regarded

• Experience working alongside Behaviour Support Practitioners or in complex behaviour support contexts
• Experience with home modifications and assistive technology
• Time in SIL or community settings
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice
