Occupational Therapist – Part-time or Full-time

The OT Space is growing, and we’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our small and supportive team in Camden.

This is a great opportunity for an OT who wants the freedom to work autonomously while still having genuine support around them. We are a young and growing business with a brand-new clinic, a positive team culture and plenty of opportunity to develop your role as we continue to grow.

The position can be part-time or full-time, with flexible working arrangements considered for the right person. The role includes a mix of clinic and community-based occupational therapy, supporting clients across the lifespan.

About the role

You will work with clients to identify meaningful goals and provide evidence-informed occupational therapy intervention tailored to their individual needs.

Depending on your experience and interests, your caseload may include children and adults with a range of presentations, including neurodivergence, developmental needs, disability and mental health.

The role may include:

• Occupational therapy assessment and intervention
• Developing practical and functional therapy goals
• Clinic and community-based sessions
• Working collaboratively with families, carers and other professionals
• Developing home programs, visual supports and therapy resources
• Completing clinical documentation and relevant reports
• Supporting clients to build independence and participate in meaningful everyday activities

About you

We would love to hear from an OT who:

• Holds current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Holds a current driver’s licence
• Values person-centred and functional occupational therapy
• Enjoys working collaboratively while also being confident working independently
• Has experience or an interest in working with neurodivergent and/or mental health presentations
• Is organised, approachable and keen to contribute to a growing team
