WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

I'm looking for OTs across South, North and West Sydney who enjoy paediatrics but are starting to question whether their current role is still right for them.

Maybe you're tired of spending half your week driving between appointments, every conversation seems to come back to KPIs and billables, or you've realised you want better supervision, a stronger team around you and more opportunity to actually develop clinically.

I'm working with different paediatric OT businesses across Sydney, not one company with the same job copied and pasted across multiple locations, which means I'm not trying to squeeze you into whatever vacancy happens to be available.

I want to understand what you actually want and then work out which business fits you best.

If you're sick of your car becoming your second office, I have more clinic-based opportunities with hybrid flexibility, where you can still have variety without spending huge chunks of your week driving across Sydney.

If you're early in your career and want to become a genuinely strong paediatric OT, I'm looking at more than whether a company says they offer "great support", I want to know who supervises you, what that supervision looks like, how your caseload develops and whether the business actually invests in your clinical growth.

And if you're burnt out because everything seems to revolve around KPIs, don't automatically assume you need to leave paediatrics.

KPIs exist in OT. But there's a huge difference between having clear expectations and feeling like your entire value as an OT is determined by a spreadsheet.

That's why I'm posting this on the new OT Jobs Australia board.
