Grace Therapy provides innovative and practical therapy for children, teenagers and young adults with a disability, injury or learning difficulty including physical disability, neurodivergent disorders, traumatic brain injuries and other neurological disorders. We are committed to empowering individuals to build their skills, confidence and independence, enabling them to participate more fully in everyday activities and achieve outcomes that make a lasting difference in their lives. We have proudly supported individuals, families and the wider Sydney Hills District community since 2008, providing personalised occupational therapy services across the early years to young adulthood. Working within the 0-30 years space, our approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, with meaningful, goal-directed therapy tailored to each person’s strengths, needs and aspirations.
