Community Occupational Therapist

We are looking for an amazing Community OT to join our Brisbane based team. This role includes providing mobile OT services in client homes, and working from home for completion of all desk based tasks. We work with adult clients and offer both NDIS and aged care services, resulting in a mixed caseload. We understand all OT's have preferred areas of practice, and we tailor your caseload to your areas of interest. Duties include: 

• functional capacity assessments
• home safety assessments and minor home modification prescription
• falls risk assessments 
• client manual handling reviews and plan implementation 
• daily living and mobility aid prescription 
• completion of report writing and applications for clients 
• driving assessments and vehicle modification (for qualified OTs)
