Experienced Occupational Therapist – NDIS FCA & Community

Ellis Physiotherapy and Allied Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to help grow our OT service across Dubbo and the Central West of NSW.
This is an opportunity to shape a developing service within an established allied health business. The OT caseload is being built, with agreed paid hours supported as referrals grow. Start date and working arrangements are negotiable.
The role
- Independently complete NDIS functional capacity assessments and write clear, well-supported reports.
- Assess and support participants in community-based settings, developing practical recommendations and intervention plans.
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators and other health professionals.
- Contribute to aged-care services as required and within your experience and competence.
What we offer
- $50–$70/hour plus super, depending on experience.
- Full-time preferred, with part-time applicants considered.

Essential requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Demonstrated experience independently completing NDIS functional capacity assessments and associated reports.
- Experience managing a community OT caseload.
- Current driver licence.
- Strong clinical judgement, clear communication and a practical, collaborative approach.
- Work rights suitable for the role. Sponsorship is not available.
Aged-care experience is desirable, along with a willingness to work across varied settings.
