Pinnacle Point Therapy is seeking a passionate and curious OT to join our growing mobile therapy practice across Brisbane Bayside and surrounding suburbs.
This role is designed for early career clinicians who want to build confidence, develop strong clinical reasoning and do meaningful community-based work with realistic expectations and genuine support.

About the Role
As a Graduate / Early Career Occupational Therapist, you will provide person-centred occupational therapy services across home, school, workplace and community settings.
You will support clients to develop practical skills, increase independence and participate more fully in the activities that matter most to them.
Your role may include:
- occupational therapy assessments;
- therapy planning and intervention;
- daily living skill development;
- capacity-building supports;
- assistive technology and equipment recommendations;
- environmental modification recommendations;
- community access and participation;
- school, home and family-based goals;
- NDIS-related documentation and reporting.
You will be supported to gradually develop into more complex areas of practice, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Home and Living Assessments, and higher-level assistive technology or environmental modification recommendations.
About You
You may be a new graduate or an early career OT looking for the right environment to keep growing.
You will bring:
- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy;
- current AHPRA registration, or eligibility to obtain registration;
- current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle;
- Working with Children Check / Blue Card, or willingness to obtain;
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain;
- strong communication and organisation skills;
- a person-centred and family-centred approach;
- willingness to learn, seek feedback and develop your clinical skills.
Experience in disability, NDIS, mobile therapy, paediatrics, community practice or relevant student placements will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
